Our comprehensive service includes:

Submission and confirmation of documents to State Railways (GU), obtaining permits and approvals from Ukrainian Railways (UZ)
Freight payments for transportation of wagons within the territory of Ukraine to the Polish-Ukrainian border
Obtaining permits and approvals from Polish State Railways (PKP S.A.)

Within 24 hours from the moment of arrival of the wagons at Malaszewicze station, the owner/shipper of the wagons is required to provide instructions on filling out the SMGS waybill for shipment of the wagons to Brest-Tsentreks or further, at the discretion of the owner/shipper of the wagon
The estimated delivery time for wagons typically takes 30 days from the moment of receiving the confirmed GU-12 from Ukrainian Railways (UZ) for the train until the train arrives at the Malaszewicze-Brest border crossing.
We form trains every week with a frequency of 25-50 wagons per week.
The comprehensive rate is determined based on the type of wagons and their location.
The complex rate is determined based on the type of wagons and their location. 100% prepayment is required within 2 banking days from the receipt of confirmed GU-12 from Ukrainian Railways for the respective rolling stock.
